Those who wish to attend one of these collections must call our collection contractor ECS&R to pre-register to attend. Nominal fees are charged for items dropped off and the program is open to all area residents, regardless of where they live.
Items accepted include: paint and paint products, pesticides, poisons, pool chemicals, cleaning chemicals, auto fluids, gasoline and flammable liquids, auto and household batteries, fluorescent bulbs, all types of electronics and SMALL freon appliances such as dehumidifiers and apartment-sized refrigerators.

* 9:00 AM - 12 Noon. Learn CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). $40. class fee. CPR instruction includes a CPR pocket mask.
* 12:15 - 3:00 PM. First Aid - $40 class fee.

Join Ms. Rachael for an hour of creativity the first Tuesday of each month from 4:00 - 5:00 PM in the Young Adult area. Tweens are students in grades 4-6. No registration required.

Stop by the Young Adult Section to create, make, invent, experiment or build with Ms. Rachael. This is a drop in program, no registration required.

Join Ms. Rachael to make a craft and hang out with other homeschoolers. For children ages 6-11. This program no longer needs registration, it is a drop in program.
December 12, 2016, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Children's Storytime Room
For grades 6th-12th. We meet twice a month typically every other Monday from 4:00-5:00 PM. Be an important part of your community by helping to plan and run library events for kids and teens! Teen Advisory Board members also give Ms. Rachael their input for new books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines to purchase for the library. Teens receive volunteer hours for all TAB events. No registration required.

For grades 1-3. Meet each month in the Children's area for an hour of free building with other Lego enthusiasts. Work on the challenge of the month, and stay the whole until 5:00 PM or leave when you are finished. This is a drop in program and does not require registration.

Parents and children come together to build friendships and burn off energy. We begin with open gym time - an opportunity for children to play with a variety of gym equipment, including scooters, hula hoops, basketballs, bowling pins and more. At 12:30, we clean up, eat our lunch and then make a craft together. (please bring your lunches) This is a drop-in program, so registration is not required!
