Cranberry’s annual fire hydrant and distribution system flushing program gets underway on Mon., June 18, and continues for ten weeks. It is a routine maintenance operation designed to flush sediment from the water system, check fire hydrant operation, and test chlorine levels in the water lines throughout the Township. Flushing is conducted Mon. - Fri. between 7 am and 4:00 pm. Discolored water and fluctuations in water pressure are normal during flushing. Refrain from doing laundry when your neighborhood lines are being flushed. i

Out of Sight Shredding is a social enterprise of the Blind Association of Butler and Armstrong Counties and provides unique employment and job training opportunities to blind and visually impaired individuals. Out of Sight Shredding is certified and insured (NAID AAA Certified) and provides document destruction services throughout western Pennsylvania. Shredded paper will be recycled!

Mikey Dee began his musical career at the age of 4, first learning the guitar, bass and tamburitza instruments from his grandfather Joe Pavlecic. He soon became a regular in the Arcadians band playing drums.

Cranberry Township is governed by an elected body organized under the Second Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Board of Supervisors consists of five elected officials, each serving a six-year term. Meetings are advertised and open to the public.
