1. How do I become a Waterpark member?

Membership are available for sale year-round.

There are two discount periods:
1) December 1 - January 31.
2) February 1 - April 30.

2. What are the admission fees?

Residents, $6
Non-Residents, $8
Twilight Hours (6-8 PM) Residents, $3; Non-Residents, $4

Advertised Night Swims (9-11 pm) - free to members; $2 non-members

Cool Days - Pool Days! If the forecast does not break 75 in Cranberry Twp. according to www.weather.com, the Daily Admission for both residents and non-residents is $5.

3. How do you announce Cancellations?

Cranberry Township has a cancellation hot line: 724-776-4806, select option 4 then option 2 - Choose the Parks & Recreation Department option and follow the directions to the cancellation option.

Cancellations are also posted on our website.

4. Are Rain Checks available?

Rain checks are offered when the pool must be closed after opening, due to weather or emergency conditions.

5. How do we add a Nanny or babysitter to our membership?

If the family requires a professional aide for a member we will issue an Aide Card that stays with the family.

These cards are issued to the family and remain with the family. No photo is issued and the card name will be "XXX Family Aide"

The membership fee is included in the family account.

Example:
Family of 3 + Aide = Family of 4 Membership
Family of 4 + Aide = Family of 5 Membership

6. Can we have multiple Nannys or Babysitters on our Membership?

Each Nanny would be charged $75.00 for a pass.

All passes are non-transferable.

7. Are the decks available for private use?

Sun Decks may be reserved. Each deck has a capacity of up to twelve people.

Early admission to the Waterpark (11:15am) is available for those with deck reservations. Half Day Rental $15. Waterpark Members; $20.00 Non-Members 11:30 am -3:30 pm or 4:00 pm -8:00 pm. Full Day Rental, $20. Waterpark Members; $30.00 Non-Members. Full Day Package $45. Four (4) Daily Admission Passes, 12-Cut Pizza, 4-Drinks

8. Is the Waterpark available for private event rentals?

Yes. Please call 724-776-4806 x 1129 for information.

9. Are private swim lessons available?

Private lessons are not offered. But, we do offer a wide range of group lessons, using the American Red Cross Learn to Swim program. Lessons are for all ages and abilities.

10. What is the ratio of instructors to participants in Learn to Swim?

One instructor to 6 students for Levels 1-3; and one instructor for 8 students in Levels 4 and up.

11. May we have food delivered to the Waterpark?

Food delivery is not permitted to the Waterpark. However, you may have food delivered and enjoy eating at the playground tables.

12. May we bring out own food and drinks into the Waterpark?

Food and drinks are permitted in the pool if they can fit into a lunch box size cooler.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool or park.

13. Is there a refund policy for Birthday Parties?

If a participant withdraws or cancels seven (7) or more days before the party a refund will be issued if part A $5.00 processing fee will be charged.

If the participant withdraws or cancels within 48 hours and seven(7) days prior to the party a credit will be placed on the family account.

If Cranberry Township Parks & Recreation cancels due to weather a full refund will be issued or an alternative date can be booked.

14. What is the special gift for Birthday Party honorees?

A beach towel

15. May parents who are not swimming stay for Birthday Parties?

Yes. Parents of participants are permitted to stay in the facility during the party.

However, if the parent is going to swim and they are not a member they will be required to pay the Resident Daily Admission Rate of $6.00. This admission fee will be good for swimming all day in the facility.

16. May we bring our own cake to the Birthday Party?

Yes. However, the party fee can not be discounted.

17. May we have more than 20 Birthday Party guests?

The number of Birthday Party guest may not exceed 20, so we can provide the best possible experience in a safe manner.

The Waterpark water quality is carefully monitored.

20. What is the water temperature?

The water temperature is generally 78°F-82°F.
