Agendas, for the Board of Supervisors, Planning Advisory Commission and Zoning Hearing Board, are available prior to meetings and minutes are posted upon approval.

Planning Advisory Commission
Reviews all development plans submitted by builders within the Township, suggests modifications where needed, advises the Supervisors on development matters under the Township Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances and Comprehensive Plan, and recommends appropriate actions. The Planning Advisory Commission meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm (Regular Meeting) and on the last Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm (Agenda Meeting). Meetings are listed on the Township's Calendar.

Cranberry Township is governed by an elected body organized under the Second Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Board of Supervisors is elected to oversee the general governance of the Township, and to secure the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the community.

Seneca Valley School District
SVSD is the K-12 public school district serving Cranberry Township students. The district covers 100 square miles and in addition to Cranberry, serves students from Forward, Jackson
and Lancaster townships and Callery, Evans City, Harmony, Seven Fields and Zelienople boroughs.

Zoning Hearing Board
Zoning Hearing Boards are mandated by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Their major roles are, first, to provide a legal mechanism for considering appeals from property owners seeking variances from zoning requirements, and second, as a way to challenge the validity of land use determinations. Cranberry's Zoning Hearing Board meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30 pm on an as-needed basis. Meetings are listed on the Township's Calendar
